Young Adults (18–26 Years) This SMART Recovery meeting is specifically for young adults aged 18–26. It provides a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental space where participants can explore their recovery goals, share experiences, and learn practical tools for managing addictive or challenging behaviours. The meeting follows the SMART Recovery programme, which is based on self-empowerment, mutual support, and evidence-based strategies. Participants are encouraged to engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality, and support one another in a safe and inclusive environment. This is a cameras-on group to help foster connection, trust, and meaningful participation. If you are outside the 18–26 age range, we encourage you to explore other SMART Recovery meetings that may be a better fit for your needs.
