Meeting #: 1273

SMART Recovery for Women is a safe, supportive online space for women who want to change their relationship with alcohol, drugs, or other addictive behaviors. Here you can speak openly about anything, including the things that are hard to share in a mixed group:

- shame and stigma around women's drinking or drug use

- motherhood, pregnancy, and the fear of being judged as a mother

- drinking to cope with stress, caregiving, and juggling it all

- hormonal changes, PMS, and menopause, and how they affect mood and cravings

- relationships, including a partner who drinks or uses

- body image, eating, and self-care

- loneliness and life as an expat woman far from family and friends

Using SMART Recovery's science-based tools, we support each other in building a balanced and meaningful life. Every woman is welcome, wherever she is on her journey.
