SMART Recovery Global meeting participants can request attendance verification from meetings indicating one of the following icons:

Pathcheck™ Instant Verification. Complete the form below to obtain your attendance verification.
Facilitator-provided verification. Ask the meeting facilitator for your attendance verification.

  Pathcheck™ Instant Verification (Step 1 of 2)

This form shows meetings from the past week only, but Pathcheck provides verifications for meetings up to 12 weeks back, depending on your Pathcheck plan. Start with this week and select additional weeks once in Pathcheck.
 
Meetings appear in the list below a short while after the scheduled end of the meeting or after the facilitator ends the Zoom meeting, whichever is later.

Choose the time of day when the meeting started.
Select the meeting you attended.
